Returns & Cancellations
Due to the customized nature of our services, all quilting services are non-refundable once the product is loaded on our machine. If you have not yet mailed your quilt, or we have not yet loaded it to be finished, please call 1 (800) 298-5019 or email email@example.com and we will issue a full refund on the service and any unused shipping. Customers are responsible for return shipping on quilts that are not finished. All of our finished quilts are returned in a sealed protection sleeve with padding and are unlikely to sustain damage in transit, but should that occur please contact us. Depending on the nature of the damage, we may file a claim with USPS or offer store credit.
Gift cards never expire are fully refundable. If you don’t have an immediate need for the card, or a friend who might, just let us know and we would be happy to refund the original form of payment.
Membership dues are not refundable once a discount has been applied to a service. In the unlikely event that you purchase a membership and don’t use a service, it is fully refundable to the original form of payment.
